The focus of our business is to offer a completely unbiased estimating and tendering service with a strong emphasis on the shopfitting and retail interiors sector of the construction industry.

Quantise utilises common spreadsheet software to prepare estimates and tenders for its clients. We do not use estimating software – all of our estimate and tender work is done using the extensive knowledge gained from almost 30 years of working within the construction industry.

We offer simple, concise information and this can be broken down to provide accurate labour, plant, materials and sub contract totals for each project. Our spreadsheets produce a simple one page end report sheet which provides a breakdown of all elements of the estimate at a glance.

Each estimate can be tuned to suit each customer and can be phase coded to run in line with their existing cost and accounting systems if needed.

Information is provided in an easy to understand format, making it simple to discuss the details of each price we produce with our clients on a level with which they are comfortable and can control themselves by making adjustments at the review period.

Projects are accepted at any value, from small to large, and are completed professionally and to a high standard with our efforts placed on providing transparent and easy to understand feedback – essential for competitive tendering.

Quantise maintains its own database of contractors, sub contractors and suppliers which has been amassed over time and is continually reviewed and updated.

We are able to provide alternative lines of enquiry for the provision of sub contractors to projects. We will also utilise the existing contact base of our clients, providing comparison costs as a means to check value for money is being achieved whilst each tender is being prepared.

We provide copies of all quotations achieved through the tender process and will also provide a tender review of each set of quotations received (if required) to show that we have correctly analysed the contents of each price.

Quantise have strong relations with numerous contracting companies and materials suppliers throughout the UK. We also have access to several European and Chinese manufacturing companies should there be a need to expand our horizons in terms of mass produced items or in economic production of millwork, fixtures and furniture.

We are happy to provide recommendations to our clients should this be requested, and encourage dialogue between our database contacts and customers – we are a strong believer in networking and the opportunities this can create for all parties.
